Its back! Thank you

After a miserable weekend of failure, my favorite app is back! I finally get to see my 90% pressure in the new release, which is something Ive wanted forever. Please dont make it fail again...

Update Working

After several days of nothing the updated App is working again.

App update

Anyone know how to get it off you phone? Its not installed but the phone thinks it still is. I installed the app update Bluetooth connects but dream station doesnt see it uninstalled all of it. Does not help. Love the app, love seeing my own Numbers. Not sure I like the new update yet.

Update crashed the app

For a couple of days this update failed to work. Things have been resolved by the developer and it works well again.

Update crashed the app will not connect

Here is how to fix your app after the new update. Cut the Bluetooth off on the dream station. Un plug your machine for 15 seconds. While it is un plugged , go to your phone Bluetooth setting and click on the dream station and click forget it. Once you plug the dreamstation back up it will prompt you to connect Bluetooth and click yes and its back working. All your old data will be lost but going forward it will save all data. I loved mine until I did the update yesterday and after the update it crashed it , will not connect to my dream station. When you go to key in the serial number the app closes.

Its broke

Buggy. The previous version was ok but now it wont even connect.

They seem to have fixed the issue that was causing the app to crash. Seems to be back to the previous "normal." The app is generally informative.

Terrible update – it broke app

The app worked at moderately well until this update. Now I cannot even enter the serial number of my machine and it will not connect to the server (or whatever its trying to connect two). It is absolutely useless now.

It works if you reinstall it

I too was having problems like everyone else. I reinstalled the app from my iPad to test and it worked. I was getting ready to try the same on my phone but decided to it before deleting it. For whatever reason it started working again by doing nothing. Id say reinstall and see if it works. Its something you shouldnt have to do, so hopefully the devs will push an update out to fix it.

Updated Review: FIXED! Back to Happy...

I have severe sleep apnea and this app ties into the Phillips Dream Machine nicely and provides me the feedback I need to monitor my sleep habits. It is basic and a little limited but it does what its supposed to do and Im very happy with that. I highly recommend this app, especially if you have the came CPAP machine as I have. UPDATE: Recent update (version 2.6) to this app killed it. Will no longer connect to the server and will not accept Bluetooth data. Very disappointing as it appeared to be a good product. I will update this review IF they fix the APP. But for now, it has stopped working entirely. If nothing else, why wont they just go back to the previous WORKING version. The current version does not work at all. I loved it when it worked. Is there any way to install the previous version? I may have it backed up somewhere. UPDATE: JAN 15 2016 - They fixed it!!! Im back to happy. Using the iOS APP makes monitoring my numbers very very easy. I prefer it. It looks like they fixed the Bluetooth disconnect and now it seems to be working as before. I love my "Dreamstation" CPAP and this APP is an enhancement I also like a lot. Hightly recomment it. Philips contacted me and said the APP would be back to operational as of today, at 5pm EST. And it was.... FINAL UPDATE: This is a great program as it allows you to view your data that is uploaded on the Dreammapper web site. Its nice to just tap the APP on my iPhone and see how I slept. I upgraded it to 5 stars because it works as advertised so what else should you expect? Try it and youll see for yourself.

Now its working

???? Well, not sure how or why....but the app is working for me. I did not do anything to fix it. It had been doing the same thing that others mentioned (not connecting with my iPhone, crashing when trying to enter serial number) after doing the recent update. Overall, I would rate the app as OK.

I just wish it would share its data with Health App somehow.

App not working since last update

This app had been working well until the last update. The last update wiped out my settings, and when I attempt to scan my device the app just dies when I hit Save. Please investigate and post a fix asap. 1/17/17. - app still not working, please fix

Remove Automatic Bluetooth Transfer

Im only on day 5 of using my machine and this app so I dont have a lot of feedback, but I do wish the app would not try to transfer info via Bluetooth every time I open it. There should be an option to change the setting to allow you to drag down to update/sync like most apps. It just gets annoying to wait for it to transfer info when I know there isnt any new info since the last time I opened the app.

Meh...

The app is average at best. Its constant reloading of data is annoying. How flipping difficult is to set a boolean "uploaded" flag so you stop raping the upload every flipping time we access the app?! Constant loss of phone Bluetooth connection with the device is infuriating! And the fact that your app doesnt communicate with Health app is such an oversight/laziness that Im left speechless! In addition, your app should NOT maintain constant connection with CPAP, it should connect to it only when the app is active in the foreground!

Keeps on asking for Bluetooth

Since the update, the app constantly asks me to turn on Bluetooth to connect even though my machine doesnt have Bluetooth. The app is set to not use Bluetooth but somehow it still asks for it.

It has stopped working

I assume its this last update but it doesnt want to connect anymore. Worked beautifully before. So frustrating.

Not as announced

Prior to the updated version I was able to not only connect but download the most recent data. Since the update, aside of getting error messages I only get the data for he last week of usage not the most recent usage data. Their support only replies with "generated an escalation ticket" but nothing happens. Had issues connecting for many days. Not whats announced in their literature.

Disappointing

New version is unreliable and annoying for all reasons stated by other recent reviewers.
