DreamMapper App Reviews

;)

Thanks goes out to the Team that updated this App., and made the necessary adjustments. You have created a useful tool to be used by those of us in sleep therapy. As you can see from my previous review, I was a little disappointed as there was great potential in this type of App. In my opinion, this app. is a useful tool, and connects quickly through the CPAP machines Bluetooth connector. It provides useful information to the client, and to others in the therapy team. Now, if only you could get it to do....:) --------------------------------- Previous Review - May 22, 2014 Title: :( App keeps dropping the bluetooth connection. I have asked Apple to review the App., and to notify the software developer if they determine an issue exists since other users appear to be having the same issue (see other reviews). The CPAP machine itself is great. Once you get use to the CPAP therapy you enjoy sleeping once again, and you miss it if for some reason you cant use the machine for a night. So, it came as a big surprise when the App appeared to be dropping the bluetooth connection as the CPAP machine and all the components are very high quality. I will update my review with the results.

App quit working in less than two weeks

When I bought my CPAP machine I paid extra for the Bluetooth device as I figured it would be easier to keep track of my progress. For a about a week and a half it was great, was very informative. But a few days ago I wanted to check and now I have a translucent screen on the main page that says " when you transfer your therapys data into sleep-mapper via Bluetooth, this screen will present data thats created on and after March 5, 2015. This message prevents me from seeing my results. I have tried deleting and re installing the app, logging in and out and reconnecting the device via Bluetooth. Nothing works. Do Not Buy! Waste of $75 unless they can fix the bugs.

No healthkit support ? Seriously !?!? :-o

Works as advertised

I have read a lot of reviews on previous versions and have never had any problems expressed using the App on both Mac and PC. I don’t have the bluetooth attachment so I simply plug the SD Card directly into a computer which auto downloads the data. As for the data, it provides information in a manner that helps me manage my sleep by allowing me to view days or months of results at any time from any computer or web access location.

Ok

Dont understand why I need to sign in every time. Works as advertised. Would be nice to see average pressure on auto units.

Great to have - needs a bug fix and some more features to be truly great

Great to have this capability on my phone. Shame there is no iPad version (at least not in the Canadian store for some reason). Here are some additional feedback comments: * Bug - there is a bug (reported in someone else’s review too) where every 5 or 6 times I use the app it says “session expired” and makes me log in again (so I have to go find the password again) - which is annoying * Once data is downloaded via Bluetooth it defaults to today’s date (which has no data) - would be much better if it defaulted to last night’s date and actually presented that data by default * Feature request - average pressure * Feature request - how much hypopnea vs. CA vs. OA (just like the therapist gets) * Feature request - access to more graphs so we can tell how well the unit is controlling our OSA * Feature request - click on a bar on the bar graph should select it and load data for that night into the display Many thanks for this fine app - looking forward to future advancements, fingers crossed!

Great App!

Love being able to check how I slept on my phone! It would be great if you could pick the day of the week to set your reminders to clean tubing, filters, etc.

Clinkeare

Forces me to re-enter username & password every few days; Getting Started doc has microscopic font size; ignores iOS style guidelines; never reports min & max pressures; defaults to today after it grabs last nights data so have to change to yesterday before I can see what was just downloaded; generally quite annoying to use

No longer updating

The app stopped updating my sleep patterns

Update killed Bluetooth Connection

After updating software Bluetooth connection. No longer works.

Disappointed

I have had no problem pairing the app with my CPAP machine or downloading my "data." My issue is with the quality of the data. The app provides only the most basic report - the number of apneas, mask leak percentage, and sleep time. It does not say when those apneas occurred or even whether and to what pressure the machine ramped up to. When I went to my doctor, she was able to access ALL of the data from the machine remotely and instantly got a very detailed report containing WAY more information than we the patients can access. Why is that? Why cant I access the same data as my doctor can? They are my records after all. I am giving 1 star because Phillips is withholding most of the information from the user that is readily available.

Hurts my head

Trying to pair with my DreamStation via Bluetooth is such a hassle that Ive given up. Fix it please!

Reporting Erroneous Data

Multiple times now this app has not properly synced with my machine. Example: used the machine for over 7 hours last with one break a little over four hours in to use the bathroom. Well apparently this app only measure the remaining three hours I used the machine. It completely omitted the first four hours as if I wasnt using the machine.

Not good enough. Robust junky app.

The sleep mapping is out dated. Fitbit, under armor, garmin (everyone) have better sleep tracking than this machine and this supposed app. Disappointed that it only tells me the amount of overall sleep and the apneas, what happened to knowing when these apneas occurred or for how long. This is supposed to be the most advanced sleep apnea machine and app. This app is outdated, not sure how the let this one out of the box...this thing is a dog. UI team should be ashamed that this is in use.

Once I got it to work

It works wonderfully. Its not super hitech and easy enough to figure out. Although it would be great to know all the things like what time I stopped breathing at at least its giving me info about how many times and what type.

Not worth the download

I cant even get the app to pair with my device. Always says unable to pair!

Where is HealthKit integration?

This app has become marginally less horrible. They continue to provide minimal data to users, and do not share the data to Apple HealthKit. Lots of potential but poor execution.

Its broke. Fix it!

It keeps saying invalid password. Fix the thing!

Poor

The new app is worse than the old one. Both are/ were plagued by long delays I getting data updates. As I write this it is Dec 12 Pm. The last data in app is from Dec 8th. Too long.... Secondly the bars on the data interface are worthless and actually misleading. A day when I have .8 AHI is higher than when I have 3.1 AHI. This is useless. It seems like Phillips should be able to do s better job that this... Disappointed user. Sent from my iPhone

Doesnt work

Connect it to my machine, but it wont upload any data to my phone. Even tried reinstalling the app and reconnecting the blue tooth. Totally useless app, dont even bother downloading.
