Downloaded app to phone and went through registration process 5 times. Each time it says cannot connect to server and erased all entered data. Gave up. After reading other reviews I understand the problem - not me, its the company.

Data has not synced since May 2015, so bottom line useless! Before then it worked great! I find it really sad that Phillips hasnt done something about this. If I could give it -5 Stars, I would!

In the last week the app has been wonky, today it stopped working altogether. Nothing to restart it has helped. Sad because I love using the app instead of turning on the machine everyday to monitor my sleep readings. Its a def plus when showing Drs the readings while Im at an appt, please fix ASAP.

Had issues installing this update, but once that got fixed it solved my main complaint-- needing to log back in all the time. Have not had to do so for over a week, including time zone changes. Whats still missing? Details. Better graphs of data. But overall Im happy now.

It keeps telling me my scanned serial number! Im looking at the serial number, and it says it must start with a different letter!?!

This is my first review after 6 years using apple products. Its that bad. With the regular loss connection and slow upload time, I just could figure out how a billion dollar product (yes Phillips paid a few billion to acquire Respiron) provides such bad app. I have to connect to Internet to see my sleep pattern. It wont auto adjust to my local time so today I woke up 3 hours was added to yesterdays sleep and for today I got four hours. Plain useless

I have been using both the previous version as well as the new Dream Mapper for 2 years and it continues to be a resource to keep me on track with my Therapy. On occasions with any software there have been times to re engage my Bluetooth. My info now is transmitted by modem the DME provided. I did need to learn that the app works on a 12pm - 12 pm basis so my info on occasion is off into the next 24 hour update .. Its not the end of the world and helps now that I understand. For those that work shifts it is important. I have had great success with question through PHILIPS or the DME. They are very willing to assist, you just need to ask. Some of the review seem quite harsh which is why I have posted my reviews. Since I have used the App from the very start I felt it necessary to point out that positive areas. This tool has allowed me to learn my best positional sleep as well as where I find my self cognitively is best from number of hours slept. Good luck as CPAP has changed my life !!!!

I use it daily and only used the Bluetooth when I was in Hong Kong. Here In the state I use my email login. Data shows up on the app the next day. I love that my dr can adjust my pressure from their office. I no longer have to bring my machine to appointments.

Can not create an account in the app because the serial number of the device is not recognized. Im even using the handy camera scanner to scan the number from the bottom. Big fail.

Works but needs more info. Needs Health kit integration. Need min/max of pressure it used that night. More detailed graph. Hope for and upgrade soon.

Like many of the other reviewers that gave a one star rating I cannot log in. I get an incorrect user name or password message. The first problem is that the app does not ask 4 a user name when registering. I assume it wants my email address but I dont know 4 sure. Another problem is that when I attempt the forgot password route it asks 4 the password. There are other problems as well. I do not think their programmer gave it enough thought and the app was clearly not tested enough.

Ok, I have been using this app for about 2 weeks. If needs to slow more info. Like a line graph of the night. So you get a time line when apneas happen. Next even though my phone is right next to the dreamstation it sometimes wont Bluetooth connect. Dont know why. It would be nice if it would just auto update your info when your phone is close to the dreamstation.

6 days in, and the app no longer displays any data. No error messages, just blank screens. Restarting upgrading iOS etc. nothing seems to make a difference. Crap software.

Gives some basic information. Doesnt stay paired. Ridiculous process to re-pair. Could be much more.

Id like to see some 4-Square style awards / badges given for random hidden achievements. "Bronze Fit Award - 30 days 100% mask fit" or "Crazy Eights Award - 10 consecutive days of 8 hours sleep"... "Sad sleeper badge - only two hours one night"... Good and bad achievements highlighting good behavior or shaming poor use. Then provide a awards page and ability to share on social network or compare against FB friends on cpap.

Worked great until the last update. Now wont even open

Since the update, the app and device no longer connect, even when the Bluetooth is connected. So, basically, now I have no way to see my data. Terrible.

New version is not found when I open app http error 404. The requested resource is not found fix app soon need this app

If you actually use this app, do yourself a favor and dont update it, it will no longer work at all. I never knew an apple product could get a 404 error. Great job!

Was working great until this latest update. Now wont connect with machine. Not recognizing machine or serial number.
